The character and elegance of a Saint-Émilion wine
Sensory Features: The 2022 Clos de l'Oratoire includes 20% Cabernet Franc this year, which has brought more depth and structure to the blend. Offering up aromas of dark berries and plums mingled with vine smoke, petals and sweet soil tones, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and vibrant, with a sweet core of fruit, powdery tannins and a long, saline finish.

Estate:Clos de l'Oratoireis one of the estates owned by Count Von Neipperg, who is also the head of Châteaux Canon la Gaffelière, d'Aiguilhe and La Mondotte.
Vineyard: Clos de l'Oratoire is a Saint-Émilion wine produced from a vineyard of over 10 hectares planted on sand and clay soils. The vineyard is certified organic.
Winemaking & Ageing: Harvest from 13 to 23 September. Vinification in wooden vats. Extraction by pneumatic punching down. Vatting for 27 days. Aged on fine lees in barrels (30% new).
