Sensory features: This wine is an intense golden yellow in colour. The nose is complex and spicy with hints of citrus fruit, almond, white peach, and white pepper. The palate is powerful and structured with good acidity and harmonious flavours. The finish is persistent with flavours of exotic fruit and almond.

Grape variety: 100% Friulano
Vinification:After harvesting the grapes, destemming and a soft pressing of the bunches are carried out, there remains a night of maceration on the skins, racking and fermentation in steel tanks, where the wine is then refined in steel tanks until the following spring when it then passes to bottling.
Best served: Traditional as aperitif in Friuli, is combined with raw ham from San Daniele; an attractive wine also with fish, fresh and fats cheeses.
