Sensory features: Light ruby-red color. A medium bodied wine; well balanced acidity. Fine on the nose, with scents of wild berry fruits and red flowers Dry and fresh, with nice body and smooth tannins.

Grape varieties: 90% Sangiovese & 10% Merlot
Production Area: Tuscany
Vineyards: The vineyards are facing south west in the mid slopes , vines are planted on a mix of clay and limestone soils on which Sangiovese and Merlot can give the best expression.
Vinification: Vinification takes place after delicate crushing of the grapes. The must macerates on the skins for 1-2 weeks in order to favor the extraction of color and other polyphenolic substances.
Best served with: A perfect choice for rich, creamy pasta dishes,stuffed roasted game hensor barbecued chorizo or other sausages.
