Sensory Features: A surprising wine, of vivid colour, with intense aromas. Exuberant and mysterious, it combines the typical floral aromas of Touriga Nacional with hints of exotic fruits. Great quality tannins, intense and silky. It delivers a fresh and citric after-taste, with presence of wild fruits.
Grape Varieties: 75% Touriga nacional, 20 % Touriga Franca & 5 % Sousão all produced from certified organic vineyards, at Quinta do Orgal.
Vinification: Organic certified Vinification. Each parcel was vinified separately in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature and periodical remontage.
Ageing: This wine aged for 16 months in used barrels of french oak.
Best Served:Pair with roast beef, roast pork loin and roast ribs with potatoes and chestnuts.
