The grapes forPreludio de Sei Solocome from nine small parcels of young vineyards (between 15 and 60 years old) located in the town ofLa Horra, in the province ofBurgos.
The grapes, which are grown using integrated viticulture, go through a destemming process upon arrival at the winery. Subsequently, they undergo a cold maceration. Before aging, there is controlled-temperature fermentation in small-capacity wooden tanks. Finally,Preludio de Sei Soloages in American oak barrels, where both young and used wood are blended.
