Sensory features: A beautiful straw-yellow colour, bright and fairly light. The initial impression is typically fruity, with distinct aromas of citrus, exotic fruit, yellow peach and other white-fleshed fruits. Then come the spicy notes of sage and white pepper. When it settles in the glass, there are distinct hints of almond and walnut shell. On the palate, it is characterised by a distinct acidity that imparts a pleasant sensation of freshness. Intense and complex, it is a clearly structured wine, with the precise hints of exotic fruit detected in the previous tasting. The finish is impressive and befitting of these grape varieties, with a slightly spicy note accompanied by a typically bitter aftertaste reminiscent of almonds.
