Technical progress and the high quality of the wines that are internationally recognized, are the result of intense research work done by the technical team Vesevo format oenologist Dennis Verdecchia, Alberto Antonini and Antonio Melone.

Sensory features: Low temperature fermentation has retained the fresh, crisp and aromatic quality of the wine whilst still allowing its character to shine through. Perfumes of white flowers and white melon with mineral notes provide a backdrop to the full, ripe palate and lift the finish. An elegant wine, with a touch of honey on the finish.

Technical notes

Grape variety: 100% Falanghina.

The vineyards are situated at between 450-700m above sea level, and are subject to a constant cool breeze that blows off the Bay of Naples.

Best servedfish, white meats, poultry or just have a glass while chatting with friends.

Greco di Tufo DOCG Price € 14.90

Greco is an ancient, light-skinned grape variety thought to have originated in Greece as the name suggest. Grown throughout southern Italy but the best expression of this variety comes from Tufo, a small village 50 kilometres inland from Napoli which gives the name to this remarkable DOCG.

Sensory features: Greco di Tufo’s rich minerality and lifted bouquet is thanks to the unique sulphur and tufa rich volcanic clay soils that give refreshing, crisp white wines with aromatic notes of lemons, pears and toasted almonds on a lingering mineral finish.

Technical notes

Grape variety: 100% Greco.

Best servedWorks in a glass by itself but thrives with food: fish dishes, white meats, poultry.

Sensorial features: Deep, dark crimson in colour with a powerful perfume of chocolate, mocha and ripe red cherries. Rich, intense and savoury on the palate, with good balance between solid, chunky fruit characters, ripe, supple tannins and a long, smoky, chocolate finish. Great southern Italian red for sipping, rich first courses, meat, or anything grilled.

Technical notes
100% Aglianico. Aged in French barriques for 6 months.

Pedì Piedirosso IGT Price € 17.30

Sensory Features: 

Deep red with violet reflections. Complex and intense bouquet, with notes of red fruit, strawberries, cherries, currants, blackberries and clear hints of wood, cocoa, vanilla. Long and persistent on the palate, soft and with smooth tannins.

Grape Variety: Piedirosso
Production Area: Benevento and Avellino.
Vinification: Slightly late hand harvest, destemming. The grapes are not crushed to favour a light carbonic maceration. Maceration at controlled temperature of about 24°C for 10 days; fermentation, filtration and transfer into untoasted barriques and large oak barrels (70% and 30% respectively) where the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ageing for 8 months.

Best served with: Lamb, roast meat, seasoned cheese, cornmeal mush with meat sauces.

Serving Temperature: 16°-20 °C

Sensorial features: Dark burgundy red in colour with red fruit, berry, spice and liquorice on the nose. Thick red fruit dominates the palate with spice, leather and medium to full oak adding texture. Medium-bodied, with balanced acidity, and a firm tannic structure that lingers on the finish.
Great with rich first courses, a variety of meats, and especially game.

Technical notes
100% Aglianico. Aged in French barriques for 15-18 months.
