Sensory features: Ripe, rich and powerful, with concentrated pear, apple and citrus flavours that are supported by plenty of fresh acidity. Full-bodied, firm and juicy, with smoky and mineral notes, and a persistent finish. A top quality oak aged white wine that bares resemblance with a white Burgundy.

Technical notes

Grape varieties: Rabigato, Gouveio, Arinto and Viosinho.

Vinification: Fermentated in 500 litres French Oak barrels from different forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 70% in new barriques, and the rest in one year old casks.

Ageing: Aged for 10 months in French oak casks, with periodical batonnage.

Ageing potential: 3 years.

Alcohol content: 13.5%
