The De Martino Estate range aims to preserve the Premium quality of our vineyards in Isla de Maipo by creating unique wines with great character. All of the wines that make up this range manage to enhance the distinctiveness of each grape variety and are characterized by being young, with strong fruity notes where the grape becomes the protagonist, delivering pleasant, well balanced wines that are easily paired with food.

Sensory features: This Cabernet Sauvignon is fruity and elegant, and it is the typical expression of the Maipo Valley. Deep purplish-red in colour, on the nose has intense notes of red fruits, cassis, blackberries, tobacco and spice. The oak delivers sweet and toasty notes. Full and fresh on the palate and well balanced oak.

Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on Alluvial soils - Maipo Valley

Vinification and Ageing: Fermented in concrete vats, 30% of the wine is aged in used French oak for 9 months

Best Served: Excellent with red meats and hearty dishes. Serving Temperature: 16 – 18°C
